Jul 1, 2020 · Changed the batteries on a friend's gshock(?) but the backlight isn't working. I've read about doing an AC reset which I think I did correctly? I used a wire to connect the battery (+) to the hole marked AC (see pics). Every other function of the watch works. It's just the backlight. Any help is appreciated!
